WORKSHOPS FOR INDIVIDUALS

Introductory Weekends: (Module 1)

These weekends are a gentle exploration into 'Coming home to loving self'. They are designed in such a way as to allow each participant to travel at their own pace. There is no pressure to ‘be a certain way’ or to do anything that does not support love, expansion and compassion in yourself. The invitation is to find YOUR unique and individual way of fully embracing your life in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment.

Personal boundaries are respected at all times. There is no nudity during the workshop.

The weekend can be attended as complete in itself or can count as 'module 1' of the longer ‘Deep Diving for Individuals’ course.

WORKSHOPS FOR COUPLES

This series of workshops are designed specifically for heterosexual couples who wish to deepen their connection together and discover profound and wonderful ways to live in love together. It offers an opportunity to explore Tantra in a safe and Sacred environment. It provides pathways and practices for healing blocks in your relationship that prevent the flow of love and trust between you as well as expanding and building upon the love you already celebrate. You can attend any of the workshops individually and in any order or you can attend them all together in sequence as a beautiful committed journey together.

During the workshops couples are committed to being with each other and you work solely with your partner only. You are guaranteed a respectful, professional environment which ensures your personal privacy and modesty. There is no exchanging of partners or group sex.

Deepening Connection - 'Fire & Grace'

Using the map of the chakra system (don't worry if you don't know what that is) we will explore opening the natural flow of Ecstatic energy that moves through the body so we can connect more deeply with body heart and spirit together. We will explore how to communicate with our partner when things are difficult so we can finds ways to meet our need for understanding, acceptance, closeness, trust and love can return. We will learn how to give and receive with honesty and with freedon from the heart and free ourselves from giving out of 'obligation, guilt or resentment'

Tantric Massage - 'The Erotic Touch of Love'

A beautiful & practical workshop in this sacred art of healing ecstatic touch. For deepening your understanding & connection with one another through the body - both physical and energetic. With your partner you will be gently and sensitively guided into a better awareness of your body and to a deeper connection with your inner sensual/sexual being. Emphasis will be on creating a safe and healing space.
The workshop we will focus on: Healing fear, guilt and shame and releasing old traumas that prevent sexual loving energy from flowing freely. Bringing awareness & heart connection into sexual/sensual touch. Increase sensitivity and learning Beautiful, Sacred and Erotic massage techniques designed to take you into deep bliss together.

Sacred Intimacy - 'Divine Surrender'

This workshop is a 4 day residential retreat, giving plenty of time for you both to dive deep in the Ecstatic Ocean of Tantric Loving together. As well as time spent in the group learning gentle meditations and practices, you will also be given sexually intimate meditations to practice in the privacy of your bedroom. You will be offered pathways into experiencing each other as divine love and to discovering sexual ecstacy together.

Divine Valentine - 'The Tantric Love Experience'

Imagine waking up on valentine's day morning and telling your beloved that you are treating them to a delicious weekend of Tantric love and devoted quality time together.

Finding time to be together, just for the two of you, is sometimes hard to find in our busy lives. When was the last time you really talked about the deeper issues in your relationship or really listened to each other that wasn't rushed or snatching a moment between the next 'thing you must do'.
This weekend will give you time to simple BE together, some structured and some un-structured, You will spend the day together on Saturday learning beautiful and Sacred Tantric exercises that will open your hearts into a deeper love and intimacy between you and on Saturday early evening you will be led into a delicious awakening of the senses with light hors d'oeuvres 'dans le noir' style. There will then be the option to go out for a romantic dinner in a nearby restaurant (this is optional and not included in the price)
You will then be given a simple but beautiful meditation to practice together in the privacy of your bedroom for the rest of the evening.
On Sunday we will spend the first half of the day learning to give and receive Sacred Tantric massage and then the rest of the day is for you to relax together downstairs at the luxury holistic spa centre where you can enjoy either sitting in the outdoor American hot tubs, relaxing in the jacuzzis or swedish saunas, resting in the state of the art steam rooms or simply being together in the beautiful meditation garden. The sessions take place in the safety, comfort and privacy of your own home for anything from half a day for 'breakthrough sessions' or a weekend or longer depending on what works best. Or you can have sessions on a weekly basis at the clinic if you live locally. Together a program is created that is tailor made to suit your needs. Whether there are specific areas of your relationship that you are struggling with or you simply want more love, intimacy, fulfilling sex and harmony between you, Heart-Tantra has much to offer.

During the time together your relationship is held within a sacred context and your personal privacy and boundaries as a couple are ALWAYS respected. Jewls is also available for hire as a DJ. Her unique and eclectic collection of music can follow and enhance any party or event. She is known for her ability to 'get people dancing'. She also choreographs sacred ceremonies such as betrothals, birthdays or any event that you would like to mark in a special way. She offers movement sessions for individual, and group workshops/ecstatic dance events by private arrangement.

This week long retreat is open to individuals and couples and promises to be a completely delicious 7 days out of your 'normal life'. A chance to recharge your batteries, be in beautiful nature and de-stress yourself. The venue is truly fantastic. Our time will be split between workshop sessions where you will be guided into learning about authentic connections with yourself and others. Tantra community camp

August 20th-25th 2008

This is a 6 day outdoor 'wildheart' retreat set in a stunningly beautiful wooded valley nestled deep in the heart of the Devonshire countryside. It offers privacy and wild nature and an opportunity to live together in community in a tantric reality.

There will be workshops on offer during the 6 days as well as time to just hang out and connect in nature, play, sing, laugh, love, open our hearts, be wild, be peaceful but most importantly find our personal connection to this ancient and powerful land and to our own inner wild nature through the experience of living so closely with it for these days. Time to be with ourselves and each other. To return to the simplicity of BEING - a reconnection to what is important in our lives and let go of what is not, recharge our batteries for the coming winter by touching the Earth in a deep and bliss-filled way.

The price of the camp includes all of your food, workshops, facilities and all other necessities for our time together (food is prepared by a very talented cook). Breakfast, lunch and dinner will all be fully vegetarian, with a vegan option if you prefer. All you have to bring is a tent and a warm sleeping bag and a torch or lantern.

Things on offer: Tantric, singing, yoga, nature awareness, sweat lodge, fireside bliss and much more.
