What happens if I cancel my booking?
All deposits (30% of the course fee) are non-refundable
and non-transferable.
Courses cancelled up to 48 hours before the course starts: 100% of fee still
applies.
Courses cancelled up to 7 days before the course start date: 75% of the
remaining fee still applies.
Courses cancelled up to 2 weeks before the course start date: 50% of the
remaining fee still applies.
In the event of a genuine reason for cancellation (proof
of which may be asked for, a request for transfer or refund will be considered
at our discretion.
Our received cancellation fees go into our bursary fund
to subsidise people on low incomes.
